- Am I able to have any letters in any of the charms?
- Yes.When ordering, all you have to do is inform us of the letters you want and your piece will be made accordingly. The pictures used to show the pieces are an example of what can be done. This applies to all items which have letters as part of the jewellery piece such as all the Heart Pendants with the baby feet with letters. If you need any further information or would like something unique, please contact us and we will assisit in any way we can.

- The items in the online store is the Bears of Hope Range. The range is managed by one of Bears of Hope's proud partners, Aurea Designs. - You are able to choose any precious metal to make each piece. Whether it be 18ct Yellow Gold, White Gold or Platinum. The price for each is provided on application.
- Is it possible to have each piece in different sizes?
- It is possible to change the size (dimensions)of each piece and the cost can be provided on application.
- Once I purchase an item, how long does it take until I recieve it?
- This is dependant on which piece is purchased. In general, all pieces will be delivered to you within 14 to 21 days.

- The price of the jewellery does not include the chain.If you would like to purchase a chain along with each piece, please contact us and we will provide a quote as a set.

- The bracelet charms have been designed and made to fit all bracelet types
- Are the Lockets air tight/ water tight as I intend on putting my childs ashes in it?
- Thankyou for this question as it is a very important one.The lockets are not air tight/ water tight. This means that if you intend on putting your childs ashes in them, it is very important that the ashes are first put in an air tight/ water proof wrap (container) and then put into the locket. If this is something you would like assistance in, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Do the dimensions include the part that the chain goes through?
- The bail (the part that the chain goes through) is not included in the dimensions.
